The following rules apply to financial transactions on eg33. We accept only these payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same for every payment method).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless eg33 grants permission in a specific exceptional case.
• eg33 reserves the right to hold any deposit or withdrawal in cases of money laundering, fraud or suspicious transactions.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not accepted. All transactions must go through a method registered in the account holder's own name.

eg33 runs a welcome bonus for new members and regular promotional offers. All bonus-related conditions are set out below:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳34,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. This calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games at eg33.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
• eg33 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account closure and cancellation of the bonus.

eg33's VIP program has three tiers. By playing regularly you can move up to a higher tier and enjoy special benefits.

• Bronze tier: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver tier: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold tier: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

The criteria for changing VIP tiers are determined solely by eg33. Cashback will be credited directly to your account. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback. eg33 may change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on eg33. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all deposits may be forfeited:

• Participating in collusive or fraudulent activities with other users.

• Operating an account under a false identity or another person's identity.

• If the documents provided are found to be false or invalid, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities may be notified.
